Subscriptions give you the platform, the apps and the control plane. On top of that you only pay for the traffic you actually use — outbound calls, SMS and toll-free inbound — priced per destination. Switch between channels to see the starting rate for each country.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time; pro-rated usage is applied to your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you don't lose features mid-month.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Startup plan with one included number. If you need to evaluate Corporate features like the full AI suite or SSO, request a demo and our team will extend a trial tailored to your pilot.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit for annual contracts. Enterprise contracts on Custom can be paid by bank transfer on net-30 terms.
What about VAT?
Prices are shown ex-VAT. EU customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged; consumers and non-EU customers are billed according to the local rules applicable in Romania.
Can I bring my own carrier?
Yes — Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) is supported on the Custom plan. You can also port existing numbers to Odygy on any plan; timelines depend on the origin country and carrier.
Where is my data stored?
By default within the European Union. Custom customers can request specific data-residency arrangements aligned with their regulatory context.
